Aim lab to valorant sens

I've wanted to use Aim labs for games such as Valorant, apex etc. but never have as it felt different to the actual games. Using Valorant's 103 FOV in Aim lab felt very high and I felt more comfortable on something like 120 although I'm worried it will mess me up in some way. Does it feel higher as I'm just doing small movements instead of 180s?
