Search for the EXACT required wording in the feats. A few of the journey paths glitch out and won’t advance. Problem with this quest is it's available at low level, you can get past the first few steps at level 20 (or possibly lower, unsure) you then hit a wall at weaponsmith, believing like I and my partner have done lvl 26 unlocks this.

Hello I'm on the step of obtaining a boss head for the journey on isles of siptah however I have already killed 5 or 6 bosses (lizard bear and rocknose mostly) and obtained heads using a hatchet from most of them and yet the journey step isn't completing. I'm on Xbox single player so no mods or anything like that.Ive done it at least 10 times with the yog cleaver and it has not completed that step. Okay this one took a few tries to figure out, but basically you have to use the god tool to harvest a body until it turns into a loot bag. Not just once for your token, but two/three times.
