For a tank Warlock, you generally get more value from Brilliance and Feigned Health IMO. For certain Shining Through is nice, but it's only 4x the value of Brilliance, and the 30s CD vs 2s free refresh (up to 5s if you're multiclass) is a pretty large divide. My takeaway was that the offensive casting was borderline useless and was overshadowed by the melee dps. My advice would be to drop the maximize and pact dice increase feats and enhancements. Do 6 levels of both arti (or rogue) and ranger. And then 8 levels of whatever past life you want. A 6 arti / 6 ranger / 8 warlock build isn’t going to have the most synergy but inquisitive is pretty class agnostic and swallows a lot of sins., Warlock can also be excellent support.
