Should I equip more det. gear over spell speed, does spell speed even do very much?, In that case, the answer should be clear: meld crit rate and determination. You should have little to no accuracy problem with gear that drops from T6/7. As you're a warrior, your primary role is offtank, and you have the capacity to do more damage while tanking than a paladin.
