Ford 300 crossflow head

Planning on getting fuel injection and maybe adding boost. I'm just holding back until I figure out the cylinder head situation. I have heard about the 250 2v heads but they are basically impossible to get your hands on them. Same with the aluminum cylinder head. Not sure if a 300 head would be able to be machined to bolt on to a 200 block.
