Avoid At All Costs. Working at Geico brought on nothing but stress, overworking of employees, minimal advancement, high tension, toxicity, and lack of communication and clarity from management. The pay and benefits are good, but do not let that distract you from the oversaturation of work and tasks thrown at you daily.
