I hear a lot of good things about using the C6 shifter in a C5. I personally have the MGW and it is a work of art design, craftsmanship, and functionality. I had tried the Hinson shifter but I found the shifts to be so short that I sometime couldn't tell if I was in gear or not., C6 Corvette ZR1 & Z06 - Show your aftermarket MGW 9/16-18" shiftknob replacement - No offense, On my 08 Z06 I installed a MGW Shifter and C6 Shiftbox, the new shaft is 9/16-18 that fits the knob MGW sold me, well, I looked at this knob I just paid over $50.00 for, just terrible!! the shift pattern looks like it is out...
