Idk if that's the case with farming but I do know that 1 level makes a ... , Farming cape is one of the best skillcapes IMO. That bank tele is useful on its own and the 5% extra herbs is nice. It was my first skill cape and I used it as my bank teleport for a long time. I wouldn't used it as a house teleport though.
