Osrs heroes guild

I think it would be good to add a bank in the heroes guild, possibly as a reward for medium/hard falador tasks. It would make blue dragon tasks suck less and it would also make glory recharging nicer. I don't think it really needs a bank. The Falador Diaries already give a bank to a different, more deserving guild as well.
