Quest 2 joystick drift

Sounds like a stick drift to me. I fixed mine with some isopropyl alkohol and q-tips. Just put a tiny bit of the alkohol on the q-tip and rub it on the area where the stick is connected with the controller. Now spin the stick around for a bit to make sure the alkohol gets everywhere. And then let it dry for a bit before you use it again.

I'd be surprised if the joystick modules were any different to those in the Q2 (or Q1, Q Pro or Switch, for that matter). they are the "standard", small form factor joystick modules.
