Every once in a while i find a weapon for one of my classes that justifies a gift so i just use it. I always have ~7-9 gifts in stash and i try to stay like that. I guess the addition of gifts stacking is welcome but not that important for me personally., It creates a new item. Only the item type remains unchanged. The sanctified version had its level set to 30, no socket, and all stats maxed., Any time a Consumable drops it is ALWAYS Angelic Crucible's, even when I had 2 drop on 1 boss kill, both were Crucible's.
