Hello! Relatively new to bodyweight training, I recently started doing the Recommended Routine (my first attempt at a consistent program) and I see dips as the exercise for Vertical Pushing.

With 16-30 sets per workout, commit to doing it at least 3 times a week for 2 months. You'll find you'll get wayy better results than if you were to follow a routine you're just not interested in. Run the math : A) doing a workout you hate. You skip 50% of workouts on a 4 day a week programme = 2 workouts per week.I did this for myself but thought I'd post it anyway.
