There's no clear, concrete list for T20s. There's so many college ranking websites out there, but most people go off of the US News rankings, but the factors they use for those rankings are kind of bullshit. Therefore, whether a school is T20 or not is so subjective these days, so you should take what people say with a grain of salt.
