Platforms don't load properly and I end up falling through the ground near the water pumps.I think its supposed to because there are stations down there. The water isnt supposed to go down, it's a filtering system. Turn the valves, then flip the switch at the surface, then talk to the dude to finish the small quest. Platforms don't load properly and I end up falling through the ground near the water pumps.
